Alina Blakesley,
BS Community Health Education,
Certified
Reflexologist,
Licensed Nail Technician
Preventative health is my life-long passion. As a Reflexologist I
look at the whole person through the feet, which are mirrors of the
body and can tell a lot about a person's state of health.
My degree in Community Health Education gives me a foundation to
help people take charge of their health and alter their lifestyles
to minimize the negative effects of stress and the challenges of
life.
As a member of the Maine Council of Reflexologists I am interested
in promoting public awareness of the health benefits of Reflexology.
Originally from England, where I
was trained in foot care, I enjoy making people feel good about
themselves. My philosophy is "When your feet and hands feet good,
YOU FEEL GOOD!"
I encourage people to look after their health. Quite often the
feet or hands signal the first signs of disease so attention to them
is an important step in looking after your health..
My degree in Community Health Education from the University of Maine
at Farmington and Nail Technician training
from Capilo School in Augusta provide a unique combination of skills
for the health and beauty of hands and feet.
Come enjoy a treatment in a caring relaxing private setting. |
