Daniels, MA of Move for Life
an exercise physiologist, has a
masters degree from Columbia University. With certifications as a
Feldenkrais practitioner, Pilates teacher, Yoga instructor, personal
trainer, and medical exercise specialist, to name just a few, she brings a
wealth of experience to her work helping people increase their movement
potential.
The author of two published
books, Exercises for Osteoporosis and Pilates Perfect, Dianne
has been a guest on radio and television shows, and quoted in publications
such as Prevention magazine, Self magazine, Tufts University Health
Newsletter, and Bottom Line Health.
A former YMCA Wellness
Director, as well as a health educator with the NYC Department for the
Aging, she taught academic courses to fitness professionals as an accredited
continuing education provider for the American Council on Exercise. Dr.
Andrew Weil, renown for his work with alternative medicine, has recommended
her book on osteoporosis.
